CAMP INFORMATION:
Technical training on the US Ski Team’s favorite US training sites. Mt. Hood provides an affordable training opportunity on home soil. Oregon’s mild climate and beautiful scenery will be the perfect backdrop for a productive training block to prepare for the coming season. This camp is open to SSCV members only.
• Camp fee includes 9 training days, 3 meals / day , lift access, coaching and lodging
• Camp fee does not include airfare or travel day meals.
• Transportation to Mt. Hood by SSCV van available for $150. Seats are limited – first come, first served. Van will depart SSCV at 8 p.m. 6/13 and arrive SSCV on the evening of 6/26.
• When arranging air travel, plan to arrive PDX between 2:00 – 4:00 6/14 and depart PDX by noon on 6/25

CAMP INFORMATION:
Whistler, Canada is ideal for summer ski training with a high glacier, two surface lifts providing quick turn-around and a beautiful setting for afternoon outdoor training and activities. The snow on the snowfield is hard and cold night temperatures allow the snow to set up every evening. Athletes can make remarkable improvements in their racing skills in just two weeks of camp.
Daily activities will include morning ski training sessions, video analysis, afternoon swimming, hiking, games, “chalk talks”, and other activities.
12 days on snow.
Round trip Vancouver-Whistler ground transportation included; price does not include airfare
Group air travel may be available - contact Karen Ghent for specifics. If planning your own air travel, plan to arrive Vancouver on June 26 no earlier than 2:00 and leaving Vancouver on July 3rd no earlier than 10:30 or July 10th between 10:30 and 2:00.

Camp fees including airfare are only available if booked before July 15. All unsold airplane group tickets will be canceled on July 15.
Athletes wishing to enroll for camp after July 15 may not be accommodated due to hotel space and if accepted, will need to purchase their own transportation to closely match the group itinerary
Withdrawal prior to July 15 will receive a complete refund minus the non-refundable deposit
Withdrawals between July 15 and August 15 will receive their airline ticket for any residual value and receive a 50% refund of camp fees
Withdrawals for any reason whatsoever after Aug. 15 will receive their airline ticket for any residual value only.

CAMP INFORMATION:
Training on late winter snow, and in the breathtaking Chilean Andes, athletes will be training Slalom, GS and SG / DH by invitation. While many National Teams train in Valle Nevado during the southern winter, spring brings the best conditions and most reliable weather for outstanding training conditions on a variety of terrain.
A teacher from Vail Ski and Snowboard Academy will be on staff to assist with homework and supervise study hall. The athletes’ training schedules will include study hall every day in order to keep up with their schoolwork.
Accommodations are at the base of Valle Nevado, allowing for immediate access, on foot to the training slopes. Side trips to Chile’s largest city, Santiago, to experience Chilean culture and local color will add to the memories of this training camp.
Camp fee includes land transportation, accommodations, lift access and training fees.
