PARK CITY, Utah — This is a final reminder for alpine FIS eligible athletes who wish to be inscribed to the Alpine FIS list at the $85 rate. The deadline for registration is August 15, 2016, before midnight MST and applies to renewing FIS athletes and first time FIS registrants. After Aug 15, Alpine FIS registration goes to $155.

To complete FIS registration at the $85 rate, athletes must hold a current USSA Alpine Competitor membership for the 2016-17 season including any division or state dues that may apply. USSA and FIS memberships may be purchased in one transaction using USSA’s online registration system. Parents may go to my.ussa.org to register their athlete(s) following the steps below.

 

  • Go to my.ussa.org. Log in to the existing account on the right or click “Create An Account” on the left to establish a new account.
  • If you are the primary member on the account, your Renew Membership link will appear in the status line on the left in the My Account box. If you are a linked member on the account, click your box in the Linked Member section of the My Account box and your Renew Membership link will appear above in the status line.
  • Please check the membership cart to the right as your membership may already be populated. Be certain you’ve chosen the correct membership prior to completing your registration.
    Athletes must hold a USSA Alpine Competitor membership to register for FIS. Remember to add the FIS registration on the left side of the page where the membership cart appears on the right.
  • Complete the renewal process for each member you wish to register.
  • Check your emailed receipt and membership card to be sure all your information is correct, including the membership category and member’s date of birth.
