Another great day of racing on Tuesday, March 15 at the USSA U16 Rocky Central Junior Championships hosted by Ski & Snowboard Club Vail at Golden Peak with the Men’s Giant Slalom. Top 10 for the men are pictured below.

For the men, in the top row, first place went to Max Bervy of Ski & Snowboard Club Vail (middle), second went place to Zane Worrell of Ski & Snowboard Club Vail (left) and third place went to Kellen Kinsella of Ski & Snowboard Club Vail (right). In the bottom row, from right to left are Gus LeBlanc (4th from Ski & Snowboard Club Vail), Cole Puckett (5th from Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club), Blake Bathum (6th from Ski & Snowboard Club Vail), Burke Fancher (7th from Ski & Snowboard Club Vail), Kaarl Damberg (8th from Afton Alps), Nelson Oxley (9th from Winter Park) and Isaiah Nelson (10th from Buck Hill). The Men’s “Bibbo” Award for the Giant Slalom went to Ian Boye of Winter Park as the athlete moving up the furthest from his initial starting position to his final result, moving from a starting position of 80 to a 40th place finish.
