You can park for free at the Ford Hall lot up top)Call Nigel at 970.401.3006 if questions. Job consists of spotting, carrying, and moving equipment in fun but rigorous atmosphere – no prior experience needed. SSCV has purchased the “A” net systems from the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Venue in Whistler to provide enhanced safety, and we need to install the towers that the nets hang from. We have 24 towers to set up. Each tower has 3 guy wires that are anchored and secured. Crews help at each point. Under ideal conditions and leadership of Alpina from Europe we are going to get this done with your help. This role could be especially interesting opportunity to Alpine families looking to help support their subsidized programs or scholarships that they have received. Knowledge of the systems will allow your greater access to key volunteer positions for future World Cup Races and perhaps the World Championships too.

Job consists of spotting, carrying, and moving equipment to assist in the installation of towers at Beaver Creek. No prior experience necessary, but as this is reasonably heavy manual work, good health/strength is needed. Terrain can be aggressive, so volunteers should feel comfortable in these conditions. Bring leather work/hiking boots (no tennis shoes), packed lunch, water, and sunscreen. Gloves, hardhats, high visibility vest and ear plugs for certain jobs will be provided. Work will continue regardless of weather, except for lightning, so come prepared to work in all elements.
