Moguls Part-Time Program | Ages 12-18

The Mogul Part-Time program will conduct some physical conditioning and/or trampoline training on regular snow training days. Goal-setting, review and assessments take place at the beginning, middle and end of the season. Coaches and athletes collaborate on technical and tactical performance analysis and video review to maximize each athlete’s personal potential. Athletes are highly encouraged to attend Spring Camp, Summer Camp (Hood) and Water Ramp Trainings.

On Snow Dates: October 20, 2020 – April 11, 2021

Program Days: Four times per week — Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, plus Holidays

Times:

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays: 12:30 p.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Saturday & Sunday: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
  • On-snow dates are weather dependent.

Approximately 8:1 athlete to staff ratio

Sport Pipeline: Rocky Mountain Freestyle competition series, domestic USSA events including Junior National and U.S. Nationals.

Program Fees: 

Non-Resident Fee: $8,120

Colorado Resident Fee: $7,060

Plus $100 Membership Fee

Volunteer Point Requirement: You are required to complete the following volunteer points: 100 points

**If your family has more than one athlete, your points will be that of the athlete with the higher balance**

**Contributions of $5,000 or more on an unrestricted basis to SSCV’s Annual Campaign make the volunteer commitment optional.  If a family does not complete all of its volunteer obligations during the period from May 1, 2020 through April 30, 2021 they will be required to pay an amount to SSCV by May 30, 2021 equal to 20% of the program fees for each child enrolled at SSCV for the 2020-2021 season.

**SSCV Program Fees include only regular season on-snow training at Vail and Beaver Creek (and for snowboard, freeski park and pipe and big mountain athletes at SSCV Summit County training areas and for Nordic athletes within the Vail Valley) and regular season strength and conditioning in the Vail Valley. SSCV Program Fees exclude all other fees and charges, such as but not limited to the following: early season and late season training and transportation fees and charges, all camps, all ski passes and lift tickets at all mountains, all competition entry fees, all travel, room and board charges, all governing body and association fees, all coach expenses during travel, all van fees (other than in state van fees back and forth to training or competition) and all team jackets and apparel.
